After being so smug over the past few days I made a mistake when I did my assignment for class. The assignment was to write a workflow from the time a customer service representative answered the phone. I mapped my original workflow from the time the phone was answered by the automated answering system. So I had to revise my work and remove the first five steps in the phone answering process. My arrogance has turned to humility for about an hour. But now I'm back to my unabashedly unremorseful self. Don't think too terribly of me, I have plenty of self-loathing episodes to make up for how I feel now. And after all, I still got the assignment right, I just added more work to it than was originally necessary.
